One-time cleanings are ideal for special occasions or as a trial service. Recurring cleanings provide consistent upkeep of your home, scheduled at regular intervals (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), offering convenience and discounted rates.

Do you offer move-out or move-in cleaning services?

Yes, we offer specialized cleaning packages for both move-ins and move-outs, including our ‘Airbnb/Rental Unit Reset Package.’ These services are tailored to ensure your property is left in pristine condition for the next occupants or perfectly prepared for your new home.

How does payment work?

Payment is processed securely through our app or website at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other digital payment methods. For recurring services, payments are automatically processed on the day of the service.

What supplies do you use during the cleaning?

We provide all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for every service. Additionally, if you select our Green Cleaning option, we also provide eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning supplies to ensure a safe and healthy environment for your home.

Can I request a green cleaning service?

Absolutely! We offer a Green Living Clean Package that uses eco-friendly, non-toxic products. Simply select this option when booking your service

How can I use account credits?

If you have credits in your account, they will automatically be applied to your next booking. You can view and manage your credits through your account dashboard.

When is your next available appointment?

You can check our availability in real-time through our app or website. Simply enter your preferred date and time, and the next available slots will be displayed.

What are your hours of operation?

We operate from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. We also offer limited availability on Sundays for urgent cleaning needs.

Can I request a particular cleaning professional?

Yes, you can request a specific professional when booking. However, availability is subject to their schedule.

Why is there a two-hour arrival window?

We provide a two-hour window to account for traffic, previous appointments, and other variables. This ensures our team has enough time to deliver quality service without rushing.

How much will it cost?

Pricing varies based on the size of your home and the type of service you choose. You can get an instant quote by entering your details on our website or app.

Can I request a bigger cleaning team?

If you require additional cleaners for a large job, please contact us in advance at 1-800-330-40GO, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How should I provide specific cleaning instructions?

You can add any special instructions during the booking process, such as areas of focus or cleaning preferences.

What if my home has unique driving or parking instructions?

Please provide any special driving or parking instructions in the notes section when booking, so our team can find and access your property easily.

How do I change my payment method?

You can update your payment method through your account settings on our website, app or by calling us at 1-800-330-40GO. Changes must be made before your next scheduled service.

Can I add a coupon or discount code to my booking?

Yes, you can apply any valid coupon or discount code during the checkout process.

How can I request a receipt?

Receipts are automatically emailed after each service. You can also download them from your account on our website.

How do I dispute a fee or charge?

If you believe there’s been an error in billing, please contact our customer support within 30 days of the charge. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Can I tip my cleaning professional?

Tipping is optional but appreciated. You can add a tip through the app after your service is completed.

What if the cleaning team is running late?

If our team is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the delay affects your schedule, we can reschedule the service or adjust the timing.

How do I report a complaint?

We strive for excellence, but if something doesn’t meet your standards, please contact our customer support immediately. We’ll address the issue and work to resolve it to your satisfaction.

My requested service window has passed—what now?

If the team hasn’t arrived within the scheduled window, please reach out to our customer support. We’ll provide an update and arrange the service as soon as possible.

I need to reschedule—how do I do that?

You can reschedule your service through your account on our website or app. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any rescheduling fees.

How do I cancel a booking?

Cancellations can be made through your account. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a fee.
